سيكون هذا الملتقى فرصة لتقديم التطوّرات الأخيرة في علاقة بإنتهاكات الحريات الجماعية والفردية. كما سيكون مناسبة للتطرّق لوضعية السجناء السياسيين، وسجناء الرّأي وضحايا المحاكمات غير العادلة وتوظيف القضاء.
