Has anyone looked into Century OneWorld Seraya in Devanahalli? I recently came across Century OneWorld Seraya built by Century Real Estate in Devanahalli, Bangalore and thought I’d share some details for anyone tracking new plotted projects in North Bangalore. The project covers around 12 acres with plots ranging from 1,500–2,400 sq ft. It’s RERA registered (ID: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/050725/007894) and has a possession timeline of 2029. Location-wise, it’s close to the airport side, with decent connectivity planned through upcoming infrastructure.
