For the period from August 2018 to December 2018 SPARK is looking for a programme support intern to support SPARK with the smooth implementation of the LEAD programme.

The intern will focus on organising the logistics and practicalities of SPARK’s events. The intern will ideally have prior experience in organising events or other relevant organisational skills. He/she will also support the programme managers in overseeing SPARK’s social media activities of the LEAD programme, assisting with general office tasks and other requests from team.

SPARK offers the intern the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, to challenge her/himself within the context of a vibrant and growing NGO, as well as to build personal relationships with our international staff.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in organising the logistics of SPARK led events and training sessions (including venue management, travel requests, hotel bookings etc.) and dealing with the local service providers
• Provide administrative and logistic support to the team
• Assist the team in planning the activities
• Provide regularly (weekly and monthly) reports on the progress of activities and write minutes of meetings
• Other duties as assigned.
