Takween: building an efficient Tunisian workforce is an initiative that is committed to developing the soft skills of young Tunisian jobseekers. In addition to indirectly allowing them to know who they are and what they want professionally, the main objective of the Takween is to develop participants’ job skills and equip them with the skills to compete and complete in today’s global marketplace.
We are looking for a responsible Field Coordinator who will coordinate the project activities, he/she will be in charge of the follow up with the trainees and career counselors and help in creating partnership with different stakeholders in Gabes (Educational Institutions, CSOs, companies…) as well as recruiting the participants for the activities.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
Liaise with local stakeholders in coordination with the Project Coordinator.
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
Report to management as needed.
Follow up with the trainers and the trainees.
