TCSE, Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship, a national organization based in Tunis and working on Social Entrepreneurship is recruiting a Program Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities

The program coordinator will report directly to the CEO. She/he will be in charge of coordinating and supervising TCSE’s programs and activities.

As such, the role’s responsibilities will include:

• Managing and motivating the members of TCSE
• Coordinating the TSCE’s programs and activities
• Co-design relevant programs with focus on TCSE priorities along with staff, members and volunteers.
• Building a strategy to coordinate the work in an effective way
• Setting clear appraisal criteria to assess the performance of teams and projects
• Controlling the work and the achievement of the activities and missions
• Helping setting clear objectives
• Consolidate teamwork and annual report

The TCSE expects the Program Coordinator to:

• Use a variety of strategies and methods to get members motivated and efficient.
• Have an interest in Entrepreneurship and specially social Entrepreneurship
• Deliver tasks on time, within scope and within budget

Coordination is all about strategy, organization and communication. She/he will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues from other departments.

Work conditions: Coworking space in Tunis

Working language: French, English and Arabic.

Location: Tunis+ Mobility in some regions (Mahdia, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine, Jandouba…).

Duration: 1 year (CDD). To start working by April 1st, 2016.
