ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is inviting individual entities and Law firms to submit offers for a one-year Framework Agreement.The call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreement valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required.
This call for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):
– ACTED representative office in Immeuble Nour, rue de corail les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis Or can be downloaded from the “Jamaity” Website at https://jamaity.org/
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Jamaity website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted no later than (January13 , 2020) at 16:00 (local Tunisia time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to: libya.tender@acted.org , Cc tender@acted.org
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 15-01-2020 at 4.00PM in the ACTED representative office in Immeuble nour Rue de Corail les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
