Our team is seeking an experienced and driven Lead Software Development Engineer (Lead SDE) who will own and guide our Tunis technical programs to guarantee delivery of quality tech solutions to our clients.
As a Lead SDE, you are creative, are a demonstrated leader/manager with superior analytical abilities. This opportunity requires excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills and is centered around quality and delivery.
You will be responsible for working with internal customer teams to understand their goals and requirements as well as train, manage and coordinate local Think.iT development teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of teams and customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale projects and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously. Maturity, judgment, communications, negotiation, ability to influence and leadership skills are all essential. The Lead SDE will also have the ability to understand technical concepts and a motivation to
achieve results at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Critères d'éligibilité
- 2+ years experience working on large scale systems (as a developer, software engineer, or Technical Product Manager);
- Proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to various levels of management;
- A thorough understanding of software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment);
- Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses;
- Be a motivated self-starter who is also a team player with great cross-group collaboration skills;
- Capacity to mentor and train engineering teams.
