The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is looking for a new Team-Assistant within the framework of the Regional Program “Political Dialogue South Mediterranean” based in Tunis.
The following tasks await you:
- Office organization and correspondence
- Contact management
- Reception of guests
- Implementation of special projects
- Organization and maintenance of project file management
- Translation work
Critères d'éligibilité
- A Bachelor degree;
- Excellent command of the English language, and advanced language knowledge of either French and/or Arabic;
- Experiences in secretarial and organizational tasks;
- Team building and networking skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
- Very good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
