Project Title: “Community Resilience and Cohesion: A Bottom-Up Approach to Peacebuilding in Libya”
Interpeace’s Libya Programme (based in Tunis) is seeking to hire a junior professional to assist on the organizing and coordinating of different events the program planning to implement during June 2019
Duties and Responsibilities :
Under the guidance of Libya Programme Officer (based in Tunis) the consultant is expected to deliver the following:
- Assist on accommodation and travel arrangements for the events in Tunis in coordination with the Program Logistic Assistance based in Tripoli
- Follow-up with hotel representatives about details and needs of each event, provides all on-site requirements and coordinates all pre-event requests
- In charge of purchasing events’ material and preparing participants training packages
- Registration and welcoming the event’s participants and guests during the events
- Taking photos , documenting the events and collect needed documents
- Assist on any other tasks assigned by the Program Officer
Critères d'éligibilité
- Tertiary degree in Logistics, Marketing, Administration or similar
- Flaunt Arabic communication and written skills
- Proficient English verbal and written is an advantage
- 1+ year experience in Event planning, Customer service or traveling coordinating
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
