Background:

Deloitte Conseil Tunisie is a leading consulting and audit firm that has been operating in Tunisia since 2003. It is part of the network of Deloitte member firms across the globe and employs 300+ staff. Deloitte Conseil Tunisie is seeking high performing managers in its international donor consulting practice area.

The role involves:

  • Developing or working on strategic companywide business development objectives, including strategic alliances, new partnerships, and business process improvements
  • Delivering differentiated client experiences and overall client impact
  • Playing a leadership role in pursuits, proposals and overall business development management
  • Providing input to companywide new business development strategic priorities, informed by market trend analysis;
  • Attending workshops and conferences to ensure relevance of company’s bidding strategy.
  • Working with senior leadership on companywide target setting, business planning, bidding strategies, and analysis of bid performance;
  • Ensuring overall proposal quality, responsiveness, and compliance with the solicitation; and overseeing preparation of the proposal for delivery and submits proposal to client.

Reporting and Supervision:

The Manager report to and is supervised by the International Donors Consulting Practice Partner.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • At least 6 years of work experience, preferably in consulting in one of the following technical areas: IT/ERP/Data management, Economic Growth (investment, export), or local governance/service delivery.
  • Track record of developing high impact senior relationships;
  • Experience in analyzing technical proposals and in critiquing budgets and excellent technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research, negotiation, and verbal communications;
  • Experience in program design approaches and methodologies, such as results frameworks, theories of change, logic modeling, and logical frameworks;
  • Demonstrated skills in building teams and consensus; and in meeting facilitation;
  • Competent in using MS software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
  • Strong command of French and English
  • Strong knowledge of international donor’s procedures and processes is a plus
  • Previous experience in the Maghreb and Francophone Africa regions is a plus
