  • represent the Embassy at events related to the projects;
  • carrying out the required administrative tasks related to the projects’ approval and closing procedures (drafting internal approval documents, contracts, amendments, etc.).
  • The PPO also assists the expatriate staff in the implementation of the larger-scale, multiannual program fund related to ‘Human Security and Rule of Law’.
  • Tasks can vary from administrative/technical support (arranging meetings, archiving files, drawing up contracts and amendments, etc.) to tasks such as reporting on the progress of projects, liaising with partner organisations, attending and reporting on events, providing communication around projects, etc.

As a member of “One Team” Tunis, the PPO also performs a large number of diverse and ad hoc tasks, including drafting official Notes and other correspondence in the French language, (helping in) organizing and supporting incoming visits and the national day celebration, organizing events and meetings.
